Here's what Entering Actually Looks Like

Choose the categories that best fit your business or leadership story. Entry packs are available for single, three, or six submissions.
Get your assets ready
The entry form requires your headshot, short bio, business logo, and any supporting materials (e.g. flyer, media feature, or website link).
Tell your story
Our entry form guides you through questions—no essays, no consultants. Just your story, in your own words. It takes around 20 minutes to complete.
Our judges review every entry
A panel of experienced business leaders assesses each entry on innovation, impact, leadership, resilience, and community contribution. Every entry is read.
Finalists announced. Then the Gala.
Finalists are contacted personally. All finalists are celebrated at a live awards evening — a proper night, a real room, women who've earned it.
