STEP 1 - Browse the
categories and choose yours
Head to the
Categories page and
read through all the options. Take your time - there's no rush
at this stage.
Most entrants choose
1-2 categories that best
reflect their story. But you can enter as many as you like. You
can enter through a Single,
Three-Entry, or
Six-Entry Pack, depending on how many
categories you'd like to submit.
Not sure which category fits? A good test: which one makes you
think "yes, that's me"? Trust that instinct.

STEP 2 - Get your
assets ready before you
start
The entry form will ask for a few things. Having them ready
makes the whole process smoother:
- Your full name and business/organisation name
-
A short bio - 2 to 3 sentences about you and what you do
- A professional headshot to upload
-
Supporting materials - a website link, media
feature, flyer, or anything that helps tell your story
Don't have everything polished? That's okay - share what you
have. Judges are looking for your story and your impact, not a
perfect media kit.
STEP 3 - Choose Your Pack &
Get Started
Choose the
entry pack that suits
you—Single, Three-Entry, or Six-Entry—and complete your payment
to secure your submission.
Once payment is
confirmed, you’ll
receive an email containing your invoice and
your entry link. The same link will also be
shown on the thank you page, so you can access it immediately .
There are no accounts to create and no software to download.
Entries close midnight
5 August 2026 - start

STEP 4 - Answer the
questions - in your own
words
The form guides you through each question one at a time. No
trick questions, just answer as honestly and specifically as you
can.
A few things that help:
-
Be specific: "I grew revenue by 40% in 12
months" lands harder than "I grew my business"
-
Include community impact: Judges value how
your work affects others, not just your own results
-
Don't undersell yourself: If you're unsure
whether something counts - include it. Let the judges decide.
All answers are treated with strictest confidentiality. Each
category is reviewed by 5 judges who sign confidentiality
agreements. Judges with any personal or professional connection
to an entrant are excused from that entry.
STEP 5 - Wait for the
announcement - and watch
your inbox
Our judging panel gets to work after entries close. Finalists
announced
9 August 2026 -
contacted personally by our team.
Whether a finalist or not, every entrant receives access to our
entrant resource pack - judging feedback tools, branded social
tiles, and PR templates to help share your story.
Keep an eye on your
inbox.
