How It Works

1. Browse the Categories

Visit the Categories page and explore the available options to find the category, or categories, that best suit your story, achievements, or business.

2. Choose Your Entry Method

You now have two ways to complete your entry:

• Single Category Entry via Google Form. Perfect if you are entering one category and would like to complete your answers directly online.
• PDF Upload for Multiple Categories. Ideal if you prefer to complete your answers offline using PDF documents before submitting.

3. Start Your Entry

Once you have chosen your category, select the “Enter This Category” button. This will redirect you to the entry form.

4. Complete Your Entry

You can complete your entry in two different ways, depending on what works best for you.

If Using the Google Form. Fill in your details and answer the questions directly within the form. Please note:

• Progress is only automatically saved when you are logged into your Google account.
• If you are not logged in, your answers may not be saved if you leave or close the page.
• Please select one category only.

If Using the PDF Option

Each category has its own PDF entry form. Please make sure you download the PDF that matches the category you wish to enter.

If you are entering multiple categories, you will need to:

• Download the PDF for each category
• Complete each PDF individually
• Upload all completed PDFs during your submission

Complete your downloaded PDFs using your preferred PDF editor, such as Adobe Acrobat, iLovePDF, or a similar program.

Please take note:

• Saving your progress and keeping a copy of your files is your responsibility before uploading.
• If entering multiple categories, please ensure all completed PDFs are uploaded before final submission.

Take your time and complete your answers when you are ready.
